Connect with your higherself by being fully present & observing your thoughts, also teach them mindfulness journaling ‘mindfulness meditation’ to track their thoughts and blocks and discover things they don’t realise about themselves, make lists etc). Integrate the aspects of your unconscious psyche into your conscious experience and allow the positive aspects of the shadow to express themselves and release the negative shadows within yourself. Be very aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment (mindfulness) and write it down in the lists. To tap into the Akashic records and timelines you MUST feel and see the way from the soul, not from the mind or body.
